SHIPPING POLICY

UK DELIVERY

Aries & Co currently ships within the United Kingdom only.

Standard UK delivery is FREE.

Express delivery is available for £6.99.

PROCESSING TIMES

Many Aries & Co products are handmade, personalised or made to order. Please allow the following processing times before dispatch:

  • Art prints: 2–3 working days

  • Standard mugs and tumblers: 5–7 working days

  • Personalised mugs: 7–10 working days

Processing times exclude weekends and bank holidays. As some products require specially ordered transfers, we appreciate your patience while your order is prepared.

Delivery times are additional to these processing times.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are in addition to our processing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation using the contact details provided with your order.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or you experience a problem with your delivery, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

INCORRECT DELIVERY DETAILS

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at jodie@ariesandco.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at jodie@ariesandco.com.

Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging where possible so we can investigate and put things right.
